I recently contacted Paramount Dental to schedule a consultation appointment for my father. I was unsure about which treatment option would be best for him, and I had several questions regarding implants and dentures. Nida, who answered the phone, was incredibly professional, patient, and respectful throughout the entire conversation. She took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between implants and dentures and provided clear, detailed information that truly helped me better understand our options. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered. Paramount Dental is clearly doing an excellent job with their patient care and customer service. I’ve never been to a dental office that is so welcoming, calming, and full of the best people. From the front desk, to Dr. Cheema, to Sam and Hilary, everyone made such a difference in my experience. It started with terrible tooth pain that started on a Saturday night, I sent a message very early Sunday morning and Nida called me on Sunday to see how I was and get me scheduled for Monday morning. I wasn’t expecting a call on a Sunday when the office is closed. I had never even been there before but she took the time to call me. I went in on Monday and found out I needed a root canal and crown. There was no judgment on the rest of my teeth or trying to get me to do multiple different procedures, just concern and focus on taking care of the immediate issue. A variety of reasonable financing options were presented and I was all set. The root canal turned out to be pretty difficult because of significant nerve pain (I had put off care for way too long due to my fear of the dentist). Dr Cheema was amazing and had alternatives when issues came up. At other offices, I’ve often felt judged or like I was “in trouble” because of the condition of my teeth. This experience was completely different. I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and never made me feel ashamed. I can’t recommend this office enough, especially if you’ve been putting off dental work out of fear. You’ll be in incredibly kind and capable hands.
